The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) will now hold from August 4 to September 5, 2020. Schools in Oyo state have finally resumed four months after students were sent home as a result of coronavirus outbreak.  Students resume school after Oyo government lifted ban   Students have been seen resuming after four months at home as a result of the coronavirus pandemic in Oyo state.   Students in primary six, JSS3 and SSS3 in Oyo State resumed at their various schools on Monday.   As a way to curtail the spread of COVID-19 Governor Seyi Makinde had on March 21, ordered the closure of all schools in the state.   See more photos below:

A music-inclined grandpa has gotten a cash reward of N1million after singing Naira Marley's song from start to end.  Jude Chukwuka and Naira Marley     Controversial Nigerian musician, Naira Marley has rewarded a grandpa identified as Jude Chukwuka after he sang his song from start to finish. Showing his generosity, the musician gave N1 million naira to Chukwuka.   The old man's ability to adapt to changes as per being current with trends in the music industry left the singer shocked.   Jude sang the song correctly without twisting the lyrics nor finding it difficult to deliver exactly as Naira Marley sang it.   With this, Naira Marley posted the video on his Twitter which he indicated that 1million naira set for the grandpa.   “1million Naira for You sir @chukwukajude”
