A pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church pastor has been arrested for impregnating his daughter on several occasions.  Christ Apostolic Church pastor, Oluwafemi Oyebola   A 24-year-old Nigerian woman has exposed her 44-year old Pastor dad who has been sleeping with her since 2015.   The man identified as Oluwafemi Oyebola is a pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Ogo Oluwa parish in Ogun state.   Oyebola was arrested following a complaint by his 24 – year-old daughter, who asked to remain anonymous.   The girl reported at the Owode-Egbado divisional headquarters that her father has been forcefully having carnal knowledge of her since 2015 shortly after the demise of her mother.   She told the Police that she got pregnant for her father three times but he took her to a nurse where those pregnancies were terminated.   The distraught and pregnancy – weary daughter also told the Police after termination of the third pregnancy, the father did family planning for her so as not to get

Over 200 armed bandits on motorcycles stormed a community in Katsina killing 15 residents.  Famers Killed, Others Hospitalised As Bandits Attack Katsina Village Armed bandits numbering over 200 stormed Yar Gamji village of Batsari Local Government Area of Katsina State and killed 15 residents. The victims were said to be farmers working on their farms The Katsina State Police Command on Monday confirmed the incident, which occurred in spite of ongoing military crackdown on bandits in the state and others in the North-West geopolitical zone. The state’s police spokesman, SP Gambo Isah said over 200 armed bandits on motorcycles stormed the community around 10:00am. According to him, the assailants starting shooting sporadically, killing 15 people in the process and injuring many others. However, he said security agents mobilised and mounted a resistance which chased always the bandits ad prevented further damage.

The acting chairman of Nigeria's anti-corruption body, Ibrahim Magu has been suspended.  Ibrahim Magu   Ibrahim Magu, the acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been suspended.   According to  TheCable , Magu was suspended to allow him face the probe into the allegations against him.   Recall thatHe appeared before a panel probing allegations of gross misconduct against him on Monday.   The panel is led by Ayo Salami, a retired justice of the appeal court.   The development comes after he was arrested and detained by security operatives in Abuja.   Magu’s travails followed a memo by Abubakar Malami, attorney-general of the federation (AGF), in which the suspended anti-graft czar was accused of grave malfeasance.   He was alleged to have mishandled the recovered loot and was selling seized assets to associates. Due to the increase of the COVID19 pandemic in the country, the country might issue a fresh lockdown.  Boss Mustapha The Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 on Monday lamented the increasing rate of Covid-19 cases among people in government, saying it was directly impacting on governance and security in the country. The PTF Chairman and Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, who stated this at the task force press briefing in Abuja, also said the possibility of ordering a fresh total lockdown to curtail further spread of the virus could not be ruled out. It has been revealed that a respected body is kicking against moves to reopen universities.  School It has been revealed that plan to reopen universities may not happen soon.   This comes after the founder of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), Aare Afe Babalola, accused the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), of blocking the reopening of universities.   Babalola said this in a statement released on Monday and signed by ABUAD Head, Corporate Affairs, Tunde Olofintila.   According to him, the federal government should allow final year students of tertiary institutions resume, just like pupils in Primary 6, JSS 3 and SS 3.   Babalola blamed the objection from the “almighty” ASUU as the reason varsities are still closed.   “I was not disappointed on the non-resumption of final year students of tertiary institutions, because I knew the reason why the government left out the final year students of university. “And I believe the Federal Government was aware that if it direct

According to him, most entertainers did not make wise investment choices and are now broke due to the coronavirus pandemic.  Illbliss Popular Nigerian rapper, Illbliss has given his two cents on the effect of Coronavirus in the entertainment industry.  In a tweet the rapper shared, he stated that most entertainers are now broke as they blew their "lean change on jewellery, rented terrace houses, sneakers and drugs." Nigerian alleged international scammer, Hushpuppi has maintained that his story will give hope to poor Nigerians.
